• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support email at info@chokramudispices.com.
• All tags and labels must be intact (unless the item was received damaged).
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
• Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment  method within 5–7 business days.
• Order cancellations are accepted before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
